have bought several so called health watches over the years that when they arrived I found the case to be plastic and didn't live up to the hype, however this watch beats them all hand down, the case is metal, has a decent suze face, good battery life (so far),and it has plenty of functions inc. GPS, finally a watch that had football as a sports tracker. there are a few snags with the app though such as synchronisation from time to time, have yet to figure out how if possible to create and upload my own click face. That being said its a good watch
