Ik had een mooie titanium schakel band besteld. Bij aankomst bleken de pinnetjes om de band aan het horloge te bevestigen niet te passen. Supersnelle reactie van de klantenservice gehad en naar enkele dagen een nieuwe band in de brievenbus die wel helemaal ok was.
De klantenservice (Chintia) was wat mij betreft helemaal top.
